**ONLINE/MOBILE BANKING SCAM**

Imposters are using spoofing technology to trick you into thinking that text messages, calls, or emails are from SBSU. Protect yourself by watching for red flags, such as:

**• Incorrect grammar or unprofessional language**

**• Suspicious links or email attachments**

**• They ask for sensitive account info, real SBSU employees will generally not ask for your full 16-digit card number, full SSN, or online banking login**

**• They ask for your PIN or a login code that’s texted to you**
